A quick update!

Hi guys!  How've you been? I'm sorry I haven't been blogging as much as I should, but in my defence, I've been preoccupied with work and my personal life.  However, I usually update my instagram a lot (@ginnywanders) so you can follow me there if you like.

Anyway, I can't believe I'm saying this but I am enjoying my job as my childhood friend, Lia, has joined our company.  She's my new partner-in-crime and we couldn't be happier to have her on board.  My days are no longer filled with emptiness!  I don't go to work for the sake of going to work.  I'm so much more positive and motivated as well.

Stripes + Denim.

Hey there!  I guess it's no longer appropriate for me to say it's been a while since it's been used way too many times already.  Haha but what can I say?  It has.  I'm not even sure where to begin but I have been trying really hard to be positive about everything and that includes my job.  I am happy to say that this month will be my sixth month working for that company so yea.  I prolly won't tell you anymore about it because you'll be bored to death.  Haha Anyway, I went to a birthday party two days ago with my boyfriend and I had a great time in a way because it was a kid's party so it made me feel like a child too being surrounded by adorable little kids.  It made me wonder about what it would be like to have a kid of my own at the same time but it's a little bit too early to talk about such things.  I won't say much more because I am too lazy to type and well it's better if you see the pictures instead.  Oh and check out my outfit below and let me know what you think :)

What I'm wearing: Dress: H&M| Jacket&Beanie&Bracelet: Cotton On, HK | Bag: Forever 21, HK  Boots: New Look, UK Watch: DKNY

Hope you all had a lovely weekend like I did!  I honestly can't wait for the next already!! :)  Ciao for now.

xx, Ginny

Shopping here and there...

Hi everyone!  And yes, it's been a while again since I last blogged.  Laziness tends to take over my whole being whenever I have free time.  Anyway, there's nothing new really, only I've been working for almost three months already.  It's a shocker that I still manage to wake up everyday despite the fact that I don't even want to, although sometimes I feel as though working is fine since I get to earn my own dough and use it to treat myself once in a while.  I've been shopping here and there but never really had the chance to take outfit shots so I just took photos of some of the stuff I've acquired in the past two or three months.

These are just some of the items I acquired in the past months since I started working and boy it feels good to be earning my own cash except for the "working part".  Moving on, I got the jersey-ish shirt and orange oxfords from TOPSHOP during my last shopping trip with my friend, Steph.  I am sooo glad that TOPSHOP has finally landed in HK!  It's the closest thing I have to UK now!  Hahaha!  The other two tops are from Forever 21, the sneakers are from Zara and the black oxfords are from a local store.  I've already worn those three pairs of shoes but I've never had the chance to take photos, I'll try to though.  Hope you guys like the photos!  Love lots.

It's been a while...

Hello again loves!  This is my second post for tonight because I have the time to blog right now since today is a public holiday which means I get a day off too.  Anyway, I mentioned in my previous post a couple of minutes ago that weekends are the only time I get to spend with my family and friends and so let me share about what's been happening on weekends.  The first weekend since I started working was that time when I went to HK for my Spanish exam and went to two of my favorite stores in Central: Cotton On and H&M.  The second weekend was when I had a blast with my childhood friends, oh and I'm a godmother to my dear friend's baby! hahaha I'm so happy!!  Anyway, that night was the best time I've had in a long long time and I wish I could relive it over and over again.  The third weekend was when I got to have lunch with my family and hi-tea and chilled by the seaside with my bestfriend after work.  I'm soooo looking forward to this weekend though because I might just go to HK again.  Fingers crossed for good weather! :)

Oh and forgive me, most of the photos here are from my friends or my phone which is why the quality isn't so good.  Some of these photos are from instagram so please do follow me: @mrsadventurer68 if you haven't followed me yet.  Oh, Carlos and I celebrated our anniversary before he left for Thailand but sadly, we didn't get to take much photos as it was a weekday and I didn't get to bring my camera so yea...

On another note, my dearest brother from another mister just got back from Portugal and glad to say we got to hang out even if it was just for a while.  Haha!  Well, that's all about my weekends.  Till next post loves! :D

Ginny

P.S. Sorry for the photo overload!  Hahaha It's been a while and it might take me a while to blog again so bare with me. :)

Oh you know, stuff! :)

Hi there lovely people! :) It's been more than a month since I last blogged but I have a good reason for not doing so which is... wait for it, I'm a working girl already!  I might have mentioned that in my previous post that I was going to get a full time job and I have which is why I don't really have much time for anything.  In fact, I'm still not used to this working life yet and I've been so stressed lately as I have to work from Mondays-Fridays and sometimes Saturdays too.  God!  I've never worked so hard in my entire life and this is probably the reason why I'm having a hard time trying to adjust.  Weekends are the only time I have for my family and friends.  Talk about the value of time.

Anyway, I've gone to HK for the second time since my last post and so this post will be about what I got from the last time and my most recent trip.

I got most of my stuff from Cotton On and H&M and I'm so sad I missed Forever 21 twice which is why I'll be heading to HK again sometime soon on the weekend. Oh and as for the last two photos, those are goodies I got from Marks&Spencer. Yup! I love anything that's sweet: candy, chocolates, etc. Anyway, do tell me what you guys think about the stuff I got.
