Hi guys! How've you been? I'm sorry I haven't been blogging as much as I should, but in my defence, I've been preoccupied with work and my personal life. However, I usually update my instagram a lot (@ginnywanders) so you can follow me there if you like.
Anyway, I can't believe I'm saying this but I am enjoying my job as my childhood friend, Lia, has joined our company. She's my new partner-in-crime and we couldn't be happier to have her on board. My days are no longer filled with emptiness! I don't go to work for the sake of going to work. I'm so much more positive and motivated as well.

St. Louis -- The Botanical Gardens
We left for St. Louis, Missouri the day after the wedding which was about five or six hours away. Again, I had no idea what I could do as I remember being unable to sleep in the car because I was so excited about where we would go next and what was in store for us in our next destination.
I know I remember seeing pictures of my mom, sister and my aunt in St. Louis and I thought the places they went to were really pretty. I just never expected we'd be going to the same places they went to so I'm really glad we stopped by this city before going back home to Little Rock.
We stayed at the Drury Inn & Suites and I was pretty amazed by how nice and lovely their lobby was. We were greeted by their friendly staff and immediately issued a key. Now, I don't know how much my sister paid for our room but the one we got was really spacious and it had a wonderful view.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who's visiting Missouri. Breakfast is free for guests by the way so this is a yay for breakfast lovers. They also offer a kind of mini tea time buffet where they had a variety of food such as mac & cheese, sausages, chili con carne and a bunch of other desserts. We arrived at around noon time so we got to enjoy their yummy mini buffet. Moreover, guests could have two cocktails for free if I can remember correctly.
At night, guests can get free popcorn and sodas while watching the game near the lobby. It was nice and very relaxing!

Wisconsin -- Cheese Factory/The Art Museum/The Wedding
The weather in Madison wasn't very promising. It would've been nice if it was only chilly, but noooo it had to rain! And I believe everyone knows that the cold + the rain won't please anyone. However, I really can't complain though because I like cold weather! I love wearing sweaters and jumpers and long sleeved clothing in general. And I got to do all that in September so hoooraaay!! If I were in Macau then, I'd be complaining about the heat.
Anyway, I'd say I'm pretty lucky to have a sister who is not one who would like her time to be wasted which is why we got to do a bunch of stuff before her friend's wedding (which was the main purpose of this whole trip). I would just like to let you know that this blog post will probably be the longest among any of my other posts since I am reluctant to separate them. :P

Our first stop was the Cedar Grove Cheese where we got to see their little factory and got a tour out of it. Basically, the tour enabled people to read what was on their walls including its history, how they're made and so on, so forth. I honestly do not remember what was written on those walls because I was too mesmerized by the people behind the glass and pretty much intrigued by how they make the cheese... not to mention, I was also only interested in tasting/buying/eating the cheese. We ended up buying some of their cheese curds which are to die for! They were really, really good and those are what I would recommend you to get if ever you're in town or if ever you get the chance to visit them. You can munch on them while watching a movie and it just makes a really good snack. It also makes that squeaky sound as you chew on them which totally reminds me of the mice in cartoons. :)
We also passed by the store where we could get some sausages because my sister said they were good. I think I've only had a few bites and they were alright, but I probably wouldn't come back for more... not unless I crave for them.

Merci beaucoup!
March is one of my favorite months... only because it's my birth month! HAHA! I had no intention of celebrating my birthday, though I must say, I was fortunate enough to do so (with both my family and friends). The celebration with my friends was really fun, we had a lot to eat and a lot of laughs and as expected, I got teased at some points for the way I speak (not that there's anything wrong with the way I do). Anyway, it wasn't just my birthday that we celebrated but it was also a reunion for Tiffany came to Macau from Indo. Yayy! Hahaha I was really excited to see her even though we just met a month ago.
The night ended pretty quickly and it was most likely because we were having wayyyy too much fun that we weren't aware of the time. It's a pity that everyone had to leave early because we all had to work the next day. Screw working! Oh well! I still had fun though and I want to thank everyone who were able to make it and to everyone who greeted me on facebook, wechat, line, twitter, instagram and via e-mail! Thank you! It's been the best birthday so far!

Thanks for the pressies!
I really love the presents I got and I'm so thankful. I honestly wasn't expecting anything from my friends so this was really a surprise so thank you!
Thank you baby for surprising me two days before my birthday! I was soooo overwhelmed with joy when I got back and saw this on the table with our sandwiches. HAHAA! Anyway, this month has been really awesome! I just can't say thank you enough.
P.S. I just wanted to share the moments and photos on my birthday on this blog and just to clarify, I have no intention of bragging or something of that sort. I hope you like the photos. Till next post.

And so I bid 2013 farewell...
Before anything else, I would like to bid 2013 farewell... It was, once again, a memorable year though I wouldn't consider it a great year. I was however, able to accomplish some things which I'm very thankful for. Of course I wouldn't have done it without God, my family, boyfriend and friends. I'm done being a student in reality although I wish I weren't. But at least I've made my parents proud that I've graduated with a Bachelor's degree. I've started working and I was able to go to another country, thanks to the company I'm working for. I was able to spend quality time with my family, boyfriend and of course my friends so when I think about it now, 2013 wasn't really that bad. I just had a lot to endure and I had to adapt to working life, but I'm over it already as I've decided to stop complaining (which I highly doubt I'll be able to do) this year. After all, 2014 is a new beginning and I have a feeling that this year will be LEGENDARY! Hahaha And yes, I've been watching "How I met your mother" a lot these days so that explains the word. I hope 2014 is going great for you all!! Cheers to a new awesome year!!
xx,
Regine

It's been a while...
Hello again loves! This is my second post for tonight because I have the time to blog right now since today is a public holiday which means I get a day off too. Anyway, I mentioned in my previous post a couple of minutes ago that weekends are the only time I get to spend with my family and friends and so let me share about what's been happening on weekends. The first weekend since I started working was that time when I went to HK for my Spanish exam and went to two of my favorite stores in Central: Cotton On and H&M. The second weekend was when I had a blast with my childhood friends, oh and I'm a godmother to my dear friend's baby! hahaha I'm so happy!! Anyway, that night was the best time I've had in a long long time and I wish I could relive it over and over again. The third weekend was when I got to have lunch with my family and hi-tea and chilled by the seaside with my bestfriend after work. I'm soooo looking forward to this weekend though because I might just go to HK again. Fingers crossed for good weather! :)
Oh and forgive me, most of the photos here are from my friends or my phone which is why the quality isn't so good. Some of these photos are from instagram so please do follow me: @mrsadventurer68 if you haven't followed me yet. Oh, Carlos and I celebrated our anniversary before he left for Thailand but sadly, we didn't get to take much photos as it was a weekday and I didn't get to bring my camera so yea...
On another note, my dearest brother from another mister just got back from Portugal and glad to say we got to hang out even if it was just for a while. Haha! Well, that's all about my weekends. Till next post loves! :D
xx,
Ginny
P.S. Sorry for the photo overload! Hahaha It's been a while and it might take me a while to blog again so bare with me. :)

I don't know about you, but I just turned twenty-two.
Holaa everyone! Yup! I just turned twenty-two, but frankly I don't feel like I've aged at all. However, the song of Taylor Swift's "22" has been growing on me and I've been hitting the replay button again and again. Anyway, I didn't really do much for my birthday. I had breakfast with my folks outside early in the morning and had dinner with Carlos only, since both my parents had to work and my brother was busy, but it was fine. I had an awesome time as usual, but we were too stuffed to do anything more after dinner although I was able to convince him to snap a few shots of what I was wearing and some other random stuff.
Oh and look what my sister sent me! Isn't she just the sweetest? She sent this to me via kakaotalk before my birthday since she's on the other side of the globe and there's a time difference. I love her to bits!!

Oh, and I only got to take one decent photo (that's if it's even considered decent) of my outfit since someone started yawning. HAHAHA! Anyway, the rest of the photos are of me, my parents and Carlos plus some random birthday stuff. Oh yeaa! This year I got two birthday cakes, one from my lovely parents and the other from my better half. Teehee!! I love them all so much and I'm so thankful for having them in my life! I wouldn't be who I am without them and of course I thank God for giving me such a wonderful life and lovely friends who greeted me through sms, fb, etc. etc.
Hope you like the photos! :) Till next post loves!! :D
xoxo,
Regine M.
P.S. The last two photos of me blowing my candle was taken in my super messy room by my brother and there are not photos of him here since he was too busy with schoolwork and he was in his PJs... just in case you're wondering why there aren't any photos of him here.
